/ Ordering / Shipping Info
We ship
worldwide
All orders
are shipped from the UK
To place an order simply add an item
to the shopping basket by clicking
the Buy Now link under each item, the
shopping basket can be adjusted
at any time by clicking on the view basket
link, items can then be deleted
or amounts changed, the delivery / shipping charge will be automatically
calculated at the shopping cart.
Once you have finished shopping you can proceed to checkout where you
will be asked for billing address etc and then you will be transferred
to
to a SSL secure server were you have the choice of option for payment.
Option 1
Payment by credit card which is made on a SSL secure server: credit
cards I except are as follows: Visa credit, Mastercard, Visa Debit,
Visa Electron, Switch (changing to UK Maestro), Solo, Maestro, JCB.
Rest assured your credit card details will be held in strict confidence.
Option 2
Paypal or Nochex you will be transferred over to either Paypal or
Nochex websites were you can make card payment for your goods.
Option 3
By Cheque (UK Only) This can be done by using the shopping cart
going through the procedure of filling out your details and submit your
order,
and then simply send a cheque (made payable to
Yorkshire Coast Fossils )
for the amount plus postage to the address below

the phone or sent surface mail
Customers
outside UK
can if they wish pay by
Bankers draft (Sterling)
or by
Bank transfer.
Payment for goods and postage must be paid for in full before
dispatch unless prior arrangements are made with me personally.

All goods purchased are delivered by Royal Mail, high value items are
insured.
All orders within the UK are sent first class mail under 2Kg, purchases
over 2Kg
are delivered by Parcel Force. All overseas orders are sent Airmail
Overseas customers
will
be responsible for all Taxes that will be
levied by their respective authorities.
Returned Goods
All goods may be returned if not satisfactory
within 7 days of delivery in the original packaging and in good order,
to be returned by registered mail and insured,
for refund less postage costs,
less 5% of the value of the goods returned were the items have been paid
for
by credit cards, this is necessary because of the fees incurred in
processing
your payment which do not get refunded to us.
